How far in advance should we start planning an event?+
For a national launch, conference or large-scale concert we recommend 8–12 weeks so venue, permits, talent and creative can be locked without compromise. For town halls and mid-sized activations 4–6 weeks is workable, and our core team has delivered fully produced events on 10-day turnarounds when a client's business calendar demanded it.
Do you handle venues, vendors, permits and safety?+
Yes — end-to-end. Venue sourcing across Dhaka, Chattogram and destination locations, décor, catering, AV, power backup, fire and civil-defence permits, artist and crowd security, insurance and medical standby are all managed by one accountable Utshob producer with vetted preferred partners.

Every project is scoped against a line-item budget shared with the client from day one. We tender key categories against our vendor network, flag trade-offs early (for example: LED wall size vs. artist fee), and hold a 5–8% contingency so unforeseen changes never become surprise invoices.
